It was an absolute Brazilian/German Power Show on Center Court mid-day at the Swatch Beach Volleyball FIVB World Tour Finals.

The first women’s semifinal kicked off with Larissa/Talita of Brazil taking on Bansley/Pavan of Canada. This match was over quickly as the Brazilians served lights out and blocked incredibly well. The final score was (21-19, 21-12). The second semifinal was a fantastic display of female athletic power. Undefeated Laura Ludwig and Kira Walkenhorst of Germany took on Agatha and Barbara of Brazil in a 3-set barn-burner in front of a capacity crowd on Center Court. In a final score of 21-15, 20-22, 15-13 Ludwig/Walkenhorst defeated Agatha and Barbara.
