Kick-off the month in style with a truly unique and exclusive experience at the Fort Lauderdale Major: Cocktails with the Champions – Schnitzel and Strudel @ the Beach. Food, drinks, music, top-class beach volleyball action and mingling with Olympic and World champions await guests in the luxurious surroundings of the VIP Beach Majors Club.
Doors open at 7pm where guests will see for themselves the impressive VIP area that affords a simply spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida coastline. Guests will be greeted by our Beach Girls, who will be elegantly dressed in distinctive Austrian dirndls, designed by the fabulous Theresa Schöffel that wowed VIPs at last year’s World Championships in Vienna. So dress to impress and share conversations and cocktails with some of beach volleyball’s most famous faces.
You’ll also get to savour first-hand the spine-tingling atmosphere only beach volleyball can create. With your seat in the grandstand for one of the hugely popular night sessions, you’ll find yourself so close to the action that you’ll never want the night to end. Once the thrills and spills of the games are over, you’ll then have the chance to relive the game with the players.
Enjoy a taste of Austria
The extraordinary VIP treatment is complete with a gastronomical tour of Austria, the home of the Major Series. The world-famous Wiener Schnitzel will be served to perfection by Austrian catering superstars DO&CO, the very same talented chefs who feed the elite on the Formula 1 circuit. If that wasn’t enough you’ll taste the best strudel on the planet and enjoy Austrian wine by Zantho.
